With so many tools available for free online and in apps, a private teacher can help direct and focus your efforts. For two decades, I have been guiding musicians from beginner to advanced players. Through Zoom, I am able to offer this type of learning directly to you in your own home.

I’m a classically-trained guitarist who teaches guitar (classical/folk/fingerstyle/rock), electric bass, ukulele, lap dulcimer/strumstick, banjo, mandolin, and songwriting. I focus on developing my students’ abilities in performance and musical analysis, according to their own goals. I have recently added Trinity College guitar performance exam prep to my offerings.
