Great times with so many wonderful people and amazing organizations. I hope this momentum will carry us all forward together to further goals related to conservation, education, and access on the Brandywine.

Enjoyed the time serenading folks with instrumental guitar (and giving 5 minute lessons on music theory). Donna Hammond is the creator of this beautiful glass guitar, which you can enjoy alongside her other whimsical works over on Elkton’s Main Street.

Had an extremely pleasant time at @old.stone.cider Had an extremely pleasant time at @old.stone.cider open mic on Sunday afternoon. Not pictured is the delicious flight of ciders I split with my mom, or my student killing it on her set (because I’m still trying to remember how social media works). I need more blueberry cider in my life. Met a lot of friendly and talented musicians and I hope to get back there before too long. Next open mic is September 1, though it looks like Old Stone Cider usually hosts some kind of jam session most Sundays, including bluegrass and ukulele jams.
